The Tile Shop boasts one of the largest selections of natural stone tile in over 100 stores across 28 states. DOJO partnered with The Tile Shop to help reposition their brand so it fit more in line with their primary consumer and showcase their amazing products.

The DOJO Group partnered with The Tile Shop as they started to really invest in their marketing department.  We worked side by side with their team to really aid in all marketing efforts.  We helped establish an email marketing program, revitalized social media channels, re-positioned the brand, helped in the creation of brand look books and more!

Challenge:

The Tile Shop has over 100 stores nation wide, and some of the highest quality natural stone tile that exists. But, they were rather unknown to home owners and DIY’ers.

DOJO helped create a beautiful print ad campaign and strategically placed the ads in magazines with long shelf lives… magazines that sit on someone’s coffee table for several months at a time. The ads included stunning kitchens, beautiful bathrooms and more all designed by professional interior designers, and was a perfect vehicle to show off The Tile Shop’s exquisite line of natural stone tile.

DOJO migrated The Tile Shop’s email customer database to a new email marketing platform that was fully integrated with not only their CMS, but also their website.  We established a regular email campaign that featured seasonal promotions, flash sales and more.
